For those that:

-       Have never learnt proper Front Crawl technique

-       Have problems with breathing to the side

-       Can swim but get tired or out of breath very quickly



This course will focus on basic front crawl technique and how to take a breath so that you can swim a distance at ease.


To graduate to the next level we expect you to:

-       Swim 25m effortlessly


This course is usually:

-       6 weeks long

-       1 lesson per week

-       1 hour per lesson

-       Up to 6 students
