Service Description

Mixed Beginners / Paddlers is a flexible program designed for children who are in the early stages of their swimming journey. This mixed-level class welcomes participants with varying degrees of experience, from complete beginners to those who are paddling. By scheduling this class during quieter, less crowded pool times, the program is able to provide more personalized attention and instruction to each child, regardless of their current skill level. The curriculum for Mixed Beginners / Paddlers focuses on fundamental water safety, comfort, and the development of essential swimming techniques. For complete beginners, lessons emphasize getting acclimated to the water, floating, and learning how to safely enter and exit the pool. As children progress and demonstrate basic paddling abilities, the instruction shifts towards refining their strokes, improving coordination, and building endurance. Instructors work closely with participants to ensure they receive the appropriate level of challenge and support to advance at their own pace. The mixed-level format of this program allows siblings or friends of different swimming abilities to participate together. It also provides an inclusive environment for children to learn from and encourage one another throughout their early swimming development. Course dates are Wednesday 9:00 - 9:30am September: 4, 11, 18, 25 October: 2, 16, 23, 30 November: 6, 13, 20, 27 December: 4, 11

Cancellation Policy

Courses are booked in full for the duration specified. We do not offer refunds for classes you cannot attend during the course period. We do not offer make up classes. However, upon discretion, we may offer one make up class per course if there is availability. Once the class has started, we will not offer any rescheduling or make up class for whatever reason the class is halted by you or by circumstances. Instructors may be substituted due to circumstances. Cancellations within 72 hours of the course starting are subject to 50% course fees. Cancellations within 48 hours of the course starting are subject to 100% course fees. You may find a suitable replacement for your booked course - we will not handle any monetary transactions. Should any cancellations need to be made my us we will endeavour to contact students and/or their parents as soon as possible via email or text. The appropriate credit will be reimbursed for future use. Classes will only be cancelled if the pool is closed.
