WIS Lap Lane

Service Description

Welcome to our lap swimming lane! We provide a dedicated space for swimmers looking to swim laps. This is free for parents of our existing students. Important Information: Capacity Management: To ensure a smooth experience for all, please register for the specific time slot you intend to swim in. Considerate Swimming: While we won't strictly enforce your time in the pool, we kindly ask that you be considerate of other users. Lane Limitation: We limit each lane to a maximum of 8 swimmers to maintain a comfortable environment. Thank you for your cooperation, and enjoy your swim!

Cancellation Policy

- Any cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 12 hours before the start of scheduled class else the full fee of the class will be charged. - Once the class has started, we will not offer any rescheduling or make up class for whatever reason the class is halted by you or by circumstances. - Instructors may be substituted due to circumstances. Cancellations made by us: - Should any cancellations need to be made my us we will endeavour to contact students and/or their parents as soon as possible via email or text. - The appropriate credit will be reimbursed for future use. Weather Related​ - Classes will only be cancelled if the pool is closed. Public pools are only closed when the Black Rainstorm warning or Typhoon 8 is hoisted. - For Drop In Classes, a session credit will be reimbursed to your account for future use. - For Courses, the class will be rescheduled. - Should the class have already started before the pool is closed, no reimbursement will be made.
