Service Description

This class is perfect for babies and toddlers from 4 months upwards to join. This is a child-led water familiarisation class for those with little or no experience in the aquatic environment, those that are uncomfortable getting their face wet and those that are not yet submerging.

Cancellation Policy

- Any cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 12 hours before the start of scheduled class else the full fee of the class will be charged. - Once the class has started, we will not offer any rescheduling or make up class for whatever reason the class is halted by you or by circumstances. - Instructors may be substituted due to circumstances. Cancellations made by us: - Should any cancellations need to be made my us we will endeavour to contact students and/or their parents as soon as possible via email or text. - The appropriate credit will be reimbursed for future use. Weather Related​ - Classes will only be cancelled if the pool is closed. Public pools are only closed when the Black Rainstorm warning or Typhoon 8 is hoisted. - For Drop In Classes, a session credit will be reimbursed to your account for future use. - For Courses, the class will be rescheduled. - Should the class have already started before the pool is closed, no reimbursement will be made.
