Is This Course Right for You? If you are looking to build confidence in the water and learn fundamental swimming techniques, this course is for you. Become Water-Confident: Engage in activities to familiarize yourself with the water. Practice submersion techniques to enhance your comfort level. Learn Essential Strokes: Focus on developing the front crawl stroke, suitable for beginners. Acquire the skills for the survival backstroke, emphasizing safety and stability in the water. Who Should Enroll: Adults aged 16 years and older. Individuals who are comfortable submerging their bodies in water. Beginners who have little to no swim experience and seek to learn foundational skills. Progress at Your Own Pace: Each session is designed to build upon the previous one, ensuring gradual skill development. Receive personalized feedback and support to help you improve. Expected Outcomes: By the end of the course, you will be able to: Swim a basic front crawl efficiently. Perform a survival backstroke to ensure your safety in aquatic environments.

Courses are booked in full for the duration specified. We do not offer refunds for classes you cannot attend during the course period. Once the class has started, we will not offer any rescheduling or make up class for whatever reason the class is halted by you or by circumstances (such as bad weather / pool closure). Withdrawal must be made 21 days prior to the commencement of the course for a full refund minus any platform charges.
