Focus on efficient technique in all four strokes

Able to swim multiple 25m front crawl and have a strong backstroke kick. Breaststroke will taught.

Able to swim 12.5m front crawl with side breathing

Able to swim 25m front crawl with rolling on back to breathe.

For those that can do a basic paddle with their head in the water.

Participants are expected to be able to swim at least 15m front crawl with a safety roll.
