30 minute Beginners Class

Able to swim multiple 25m front crawl and have a strong backstroke kick. Breaststroke will taught.

For those that can do a basic paddle with their head in the water.

Must be able to swim multiple 50m front crawl and 25m back and breaststroke.

For those that can do a basic paddle with their head in the water.

Participants are expected to be able to swim at least 15m front crawl with a safety roll.

Able to swim 25m front crawl with rolling on back to breathe.
