Service Description
Strokes 1 is the next level for children who have graduated from the Paddlers program or can already swim at least 25 meters using a front crawl arm stroke with the ability to roll onto their back to take a breath. In this course, students will begin to learn the proper techniques for the front crawl and backstroke. The key areas of focus will be: - Developing a stronger core and flutter kick - Maintaining a streamlined body position - Incorporating side breathing into the front crawl stroke - Building endurance by swimming longer distances
