Service Description
Ready to learn a basic front crawl This course is designed for adults who have some swimming experience and have learned the basic swim skills or completed an Adult Basics course. The goal of this course is to provide participants with the skills needed to learn a basic front crawl. They will learn how to gain more distance per stroke and how to breathe to the side. Over the course of weekly sessions, participants will learn: - Proper front crawl stroke technique - Developing a more efficient and effective front crawl - Breathing techniques for the front crawl - Building endurance and distance per stroke Each class will involve a mix of instruction, practice time, and feedback from the instructor. The small class size allows for individualized attention and support as participants work to develop their skills. This course is ideal for adults who want to further their swimming skills and learn a proper front crawl technique.

Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 12 hours before the start of scheduled class else the full fee of the class will be charged. - Once the class has started, we will not offer any rescheduling or make up class for whatever reason the class is halted by you or by circumstances. - Instructors may be substituted due to circumstances.
