Our Fun & Fit Swim Programme combines traditional swim instruction with essential life-saving skills and age-appropriate water games to help every participant improve their swimming ability while developing safety awareness. What your child will learn Swim technique & progress: Learn fundamental strokes, water confidence, and key skills to improve strength, coordination, and control in the water. Life-saving skills: Practice important safety-focused abilities such as water awareness, safe entry/exit, basic survival techniques, and guided responses in realistic scenarios. Fun water games: Build motivation and engagement through playful activities designed to reinforce movement, breath control, buoyancy, and teamwork—without feeling like “just a lesson.”
