Service Description
Strokes 1 Advanced is the next level for children who have graduated from the Strokes 1 program or can already swim at least 12.5 meters front crawl with side breathing and a basic backstroke. In this course, students will refine their front crawl and backstroke technique to swim longer distances more efficiently. In this course, students will begin to learn the proper techniques for the front crawl and backstroke. The key areas of focus will be: - Developing a stronger core and flutter kick - Maintaining a streamlined body position - Incorporating side breathing into the front crawl stroke - Building endurance by swimming longer distances
