Strokes 2 Advanced is designed for children who have graduated from the Strokes 2 level or are invited. In this course, students will work on refining their front crawl, backstroke and breaststroke skills to swim longer distances more efficiently. The key focus areas for Strokes 2 include: - Refining front crawl, backstroke and breaststroke form and endurance - Improving overall swimming efficiency and speed
