Service Description
Strokes 2 is designed for children who have graduated from the Strokes 1 level or can already swim at least 25 meters using the front crawl with proper side breathing technique. In this course, students will work on refining their front crawl and backstroke skills to swim longer distances more efficiently. Additionally, breaststroke will be introduced and developed. The key focus areas for Strokes 2 include: - Refining front crawl and backstroke form and endurance - Introducing and learning the breaststroke technique - Improving overall swimming efficiency and speed
