Service Description

For children that can swim at least 100m This level is designed for children who have been promoted from the Strokes 3 program or can already swim at least 100 meters of front crawl with bilateral breathing, as well as 50 meters of both backstroke and breaststroke; and 25m butterfly. ​ This advanced course will build upon the foundational skills developed in previous levels, with a focus on the following key areas: - Continued refinement of all four strokes - Increasing overall swimming fitness and endurance - Learning proper tumble turn and race diving techniques Instructors will provide detailed guidance and feedback to help participants optimize their stroke mechanics across all four competitive swimming strokes. The goal is for students to develop the technical proficiency, strength, and stamina required to excel in a variety of aquatic disciplines. In addition to stroke development, the Junior Squad curriculum will also incorporate training to improve cardiovascular fitness and build the endurance necessary for longer distance swimming. Students will refine their stroke and racing technique, preparing them for more advanced competitive swimming.

- Any cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 12 hours before the start of scheduled class else the full fee of the class will be charged. - Once the class has started, we will not offer any rescheduling or make up class for whatever reason the class is halted by you or by circumstances. - Instructors may be substituted due to circumstances.
