Service Description
Course dates are Saturday 9-9:40am July 5, 12, 19, 26 Children should be able to swim 2-3m unaided and are working towards swimming a full 25m non stop with a safety roll. This summer course will focus not only swim technique, but will introduce a variety of water safety skills and fun water games.

Cancellation Policy
Courses are booked in full for the duration specified. We do not offer refunds for classes you cannot attend during the course period. Once the class has started, we will not offer any rescheduling or make up class for whatever reason the class is halted by you or by circumstances (such as bad weather / pool closure). Withdrawal must be made 21 days prior to the commencement of the course for a full refund minus any platform charges. You may find a suitable replacement for your booked course - we will not handle any monetary transactions. We do not offer make up classes if you cannot attend lessons for any reason (illness included). However, we will issue you a "Session Credit" - you can use this credit to book any available Drop In Class* - the credit is valid for 2 months from issue - if you do not use it, it will be forfeited. A maximum of 2 credits will be issued for regular Kids Courses and a maximum of 1 credit for Adult courses. No session credits will be issued for Holiday Camps. The Session Credit has no value and cannot be used to offset any fees. *We cannot guarantee Drop In Classes will be available. Instructors may be substituted due to circumstances.
