Head Coach
Alison is the founder and Head Coach of Alison Tam Swimming, which she created to provide gentle and fun swimming lessons tailored to the unique needs of each student. After a 15-year career in the corporate sector, she returned to her passion for swimming with a mission to foster a structured yet adaptable learning environment. With a background as a competitive masters swimmer and former junior competitor, Alison saw an opportunity to fill a gap in swimming instruction that prioritized safety and enjoyment.

AustSwim Assessor and Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety

Achievements:
FINA World Masters Swimming Medalist (1 x bronze - 2019; part of ladies 4 x 50m freestyle relay team to have 10th all time fastest time in the world for her age group)
Broken multiple HKGSA Masters Swimming records in both long and short course pool competitions.
